Product Information & Images
General Information: Product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and pricing information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible for general guidance purposes. Images & Visual Representation: Images displayed throughout the website include real installation photography, 3D architectural renderings, and supplier-provided visuals. Due to differences in lighting, screens, and natural material variation, the final installed result may differ slightly in appearance from digital representations. Natural & Material Variations: Materials such as quartz, natural stone, timber, and brickwork naturally vary in veining, shade, texture, and grain. These natural variations are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.
Pricing & Quotations
Online Estimates: Prices displayed on the website or discussed during initial consultations are intended as guide prices only. Final Quotations: A final quotation is confirmed only after site surveys, 3D planning (where applicable), and project details have been thoroughly reviewed. Final pricing may vary depending on:
- Final structural measurements
- Premium material selection (e.g., quartz grades, uPVC specifications)
- Access conditions and site readiness
- Required plumbing, electrical, or structural preparatory works.
- Local planning permission requirements
We reserve the right to amend quotations if specifications are altered, unexpected structural issues are identified, or supplier costs increase significantly.
Orders & Project Execution
All renovations and bespoke fittings are tailored to customer-specific requirements. Once structural work, material allocation (such as slab cutting or custom window manufacturing), or fabrication has commenced, orders may not be cancelled except where required under UK consumer law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Accurate property information is provided.
Relevant planning permissions or building control approvals are secured (unless managed by us by prior agreement).
Adequate and safe site access is available for our tradespeople and material deliveries.
The site is cleared of personal belongings in the designated work zones prior to project commencement.
Installation & Workmanship
Service Areas: Standard surveying, templating, and installation services are provided across our primary service regions, including London, Leicester, Cambridge, Maidstone, and Bedford. Larger or specialist projects outside these specific areas may be considered upon request. Timeframes: Start and completion dates are estimated and may occasionally change due to material availability, weather conditions (for exterior works), or unforeseen structural discoveries. We always aim to keep customers informed and complete projects within agreed timeframes. Standards: TinyHousesinside aims to deliver all installations with reasonable care, skill, and professional workmanship standards.
Warranty & Aftercare
Manufacturer Warranties: Selected materials supplied and installed by TinyHousesinside (such as premium quartz worktops or uPVC windows) may include specific manufacturer warranties covering material defects under normal domestic use. Where applicable, relevant certifications (e.g., FENSA for windows) will be provided upon completion. 60-Day Workmanship Guarantee: If installation-related issues arise within 60 days of project handover—including joint movement, fitting adjustments, or finishing issues—we will assess the matter and arrange appropriate remedial work where applicable. Exclusions: Warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, structural subsidence, third-party modifications, or general wear and tear following the handover.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyHousesinside shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our reasonable control, natural material variations, or delays caused by third-party contractors hired directly by the client. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.
